The Tom Yam soup set consists of a bag of pasta and a bag of dried spices, including chili, lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves.
The ingredients are enough for 4 servings. The process itself will not take more than 7-10 minutes.
Boil water (you can add coconut milk, or use chicken broth), add spices (lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves). Cook for 3 minutes.
Then add mushrooms (champignons, straw, oyster mushrooms), shrimps and other seafood (squid, scallop), chili. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add Tom Yam paste and lime juice to the broth, mix, boil for 1-2 minutes. Serve to the table.
