Massaman curry paste is the basis for a popular Thai dish with chicken or beef. It tastes spicy, sweetish, the consistency is thick, enveloping. This type of dish is also called “Muslim”.
The package contains 50 g of the product. This is enough for 4 servings of a dish. Contains: shrimp paste, salt, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal and chili.
Cooking method:
-Combine in a frying pan and boil the paste from the bag and 240 g of coconut milk.
-Add water in the same proportion as milk. -Pour in finely chopped meat (beef or chicken fillet). Cook for 8 minutes to soften the meat.
- Coarsely chop 3 potatoes and add to the pan.
-Pour 30 g roasted peanuts into the mixture. -Wait for all components to boil.
The dish is served with crumbly boiled jasmine rice. If desired, add a few drops of fish sauce to the mixture as a final touch.
